But when I right click it I cannot choose the options to CHange Drive Letter or Format. my PC is able to recognize the hard drive as its showing a notification when i insert the disk but i can not see it in my computer ....Please help me The odd problem is this : My external 1TB seagate USB+ HDD 5400rpm works on laptops well.
