Friends who live in a 5 mile radius have also been having the same issues and Time Warner seems to have little resolution. Today it's gone out more than a dozen times between 8am & noon, for seconds at a time. Connection shows connected but no speed,... For routers with antennas mounted on the outside of the casing, try adjusting the orientation of the antennas for maximum performance. These problems only started happening about a month ago.
