Tried all the tips here, none sorted the problem, so this is what i did, maybe it was luck, maybe it was coincidence, but might help others as well:1) Remove ALL Repairing Windows replaces these important files without removing or changing anything else on your computer.Note: In Windows 10, 8, 7 & Vista this is called a Startup Repair. After waiting, I did a hard reset and chose to load into safe mode. Here under Boot tab > Boot options Check Safe boot an Minimal. It was solved by remove battery and reset method. I gave you the quickest way to overcome the problem.
