Danielle Specs: I have an Acer Aspire V5-171-9620 laptop. You can do that by right-clicking on the wireless icon in your taskbar and choosing View Available Wireless Networks. Your fix worked and I'm now on the right network! Tried method 3 several times but no connection. I was absolutely stumped. With your advice, it works. I would suggest uninstalling whatever you just installed.
