  • I think we are all part of Gamma Testing.
  • I tried to change the picture and used a regular photo but still no luck on the desktop background.
  • On my screen as a background.
  • Diagnostic Mode If you're running Windows in Safe Mode, the desktop wallpaper is disabled and replaced with a solid black color.

So it needs more to to, compared to earlier way of just multi-selecting certain pictures from among all pictures in folder. It started doing this after I pulled down the last OS update.
