I never had this icon so much in my taskbar, only when there where new updates. While it's running, my normally extreemly speedy PC is a complete mess. As part of Microsoft's revamped methodology for retrieving "critical security updates" from their website, this file is automatically installed onto your system. It appeared in processes (with AutoUpdate off).
