This fixed the problem. When I look at my list of installed updates, it shows WMP 11 has been installed successfully three different times yet WMP 10 is the one installed. In desperation, I installed "Video Player Classic" and it keeps asking me to put in a Roxio Codec that I don't have. Download Windows Media Player For Windows 10 All rights reserved.
