If a BIOS update is available download and install the update according to the instructions on the download page. This hapens intermittently but with no obvious reason. intel core2 quad 3.0 pross. 2, 1 gig ddr3 mem cards, brand is OCSZ think. To my suprise, when I do that, the right bottom hand of my screen pops in a statement indicating that it has successfully installed the usb optical mouse.
