Please refer to our CNET Forums policies for details. This happened to me twice. I had also resorted to repairing/reinstalling the entire NXT Pro3 application. My issue is not with opening projects. I am an actress and am listed on 800 Casting. It`s happened before and the files later appeared in the directory that they were saved in. So I open it, made some changes and saved and closed it again.

Could the video file format possibly not be compatible with the upload program? I can't keep them all handy but a virus is not unheard of when it comes to networking issues.
