  5. then I uninstalled tuneup utilities but and restarted the computer but the samething was still on my computer was still really slow and my taskbar still window 98 type.

  7. I got this maybe around 6-7 years ago in heavily used condition.
  8. It SHOULD tell you it sees a new mouse and either ask for the CORRECT drivers or install some generic mouse drivers to make it work.
