I think your IPTV is probably doing a lot of talking and if that link is truly only 100m it could easily start bottlenecking there. Do a full system scan for these issues. Connection speed is great through modem only, and for a while (3 weeks the longest) with the router inline. I have two PCs, 2 iphones and ipad, PS3, Xbox360 and a brandnew Apple TV unit running on it.
